Hi Listers, I wanted to share with you my odd procedure for translating files. If there is an easier way I'd appreciate it if someone from the list would share it with the rest of us.
1. I create my file as a keyword keysoft version 2 Braille document. 2. After writing the document I go to the file mager mening. 3. I press that for translation mening. I go to the option that says translate braille to text. 4. I have through the prompts and the file is translated. 5. I go back to keyword open up the translated file. 6. I review the options and choose text for the document type and no for translating into Braille. So it says text text. It shows the document in Braille. Why this works don't ask. I have no clue. I experimented with this theory by creating a test file and translated it to a text document. Just wanted to share. Have a great weekend. Lisa
