Hi Listers, Just a tiny problem does anyone else experience this? When I download a lot of email let's say 43 messages for example. The BN says all 43 messages have been downloaded. When I go to empty the trash it says only 42 messages are in the trash and I have not moved any of the emails to any other folders. Where does this one email disappear to and why? It has happened on more than one occasion. I don't know if that "missing" email is showing up in the next download session from the inbox or what. I know that missing email isn't still in the inbinx after I have read all of the new email the BN usually lets me know it is done reading new email by simply not putting up another new message for me to read. Any ideas on why this happens and what happens to that "missing email?" It tends to happen with larger numbers of emails to download. Thanks for your help and your time. Lisa
