Dear Londa,

I would suggest that she use envelopes instead of labels for two reasons:
(1) although people do it, I have been advised using gum labels in a printer
is bad for the printer.  (2)  Envelopes can be printed manually, so you can
have control over what is going on.

I would imagine you will need sighted assistance to make sure the template
looks ok on the envelope.  You may waste a few envelopes while you're
experimenting.

I have never printed envelopes using the BN, but I know there is a way to
set things up so that the printing is landscape, not portrait.
