Roger, and List: I'm writing concerning Roger's comment about shipping, and 
that we may carry this a little too far.  Roger, to a certain extent, I agree 
with you.  We do need to be responsible and keep our boxes.  I'm sure as a 
dealer, and I don't put this in a mean way, I do believe dealers may be treated 
differently than a regular person--one that buys one unit.  I say this for a 
couple of reasons.  A piece of equipment should never go in six times in ten 
months.  A key should never be missing on the unit.  A person should never 
cancel out an appointment that has long awaited, because they believe their 
equipment is being picked up, and then it's not.  I will not bad-mouth any 
product, but there definitely needs to be some changes.
Roger, I appreciate all of your knowledge, and everything you do to help so 
many people.  I value your comments, and hope you'll continue to let us know 
what you discover.
