Hi Jim, hmmmm! That's really a weird one. If she really has deleted them from the server with the pc and yet they show up again after downloading mail on the bn, it certainly sounds like the database is screwed up somewhere. I've never heard of that one before.
I think what I would do at that point would be to check all email folders to make sure there isn't something in there I'd want to keep and then delete the whole database and start over. If she just uses the bn to read email and doesn't store messages there, it really should'nt hurt a thing. Just say yes when the system says the database does not exist and asks if she wants to create a new one. As I say, the only thing you want to be sure of is that you've saved any information you might want for future use. Don
