Hi all,
Better yet, put a field in your database that specifies format of
material to be sent. Actually, if somebody has a BrailleNote, not a
voiceNote, then the assumption should be made that braille
correspondence is needed. Invoices, for example, would be one of the
things that would be really helpful if they were printed in braille.
Then you could actually see what was done to repair your unit and so
on.
