Are you putting DNS numbers in where the BN asks for them?  My ISP has DNS 
numbers, but if I input the numbers the POP3 doesn't work.

it's a dialup connection
the provider is
free-internet
it's a pay as you go
I must try and obtain the number and ring them.
it must be something with the pop 3 address. thanks for getting back.
