and in both cases, I'll bet it says "the Braille display is not operating"
Actually, what I still don't know is what causes this.
I've had mine serviced twice for this problem, both times asking for a note
briefly describing the cause of the problem.
A techy friend suggested the display has a separate power supply from the
other components, and maybe this goes? Who knows.
