In Keyword, when I try to create or open a file, I get this message: "The
process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process." I also get this message in Bookreader
" When I try to use the planner I get this message: "Exception: command:
399 at 1388 at 1388. Access violation writing 17032"
The address list, calculator, file manager and utilities menu all work. I'm
using 5.1, build 22. When I do a 123 reset to go back to keysoft version
3.7 everything works.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
