I was incredibly impressed with the assistance given those of us who own Braille Notes at the NFB convention. I especially want to give my thanks to Morris, (hope I spelled your name correctly) for upgrading my Braille Note. They were very helpful and willing to answer questions even from a novice user like myself. I particularly appreciate that the products are sold by talking about their plusses rather than by running down the competition.
