I have had a couple of instances where volumes would not open on the pc but
I just deleted the book and waited and the books have usually been re
downloaded in a few months time.
I think some of those files get corrupted from time to time and I am really
surprised it has not happened more often.
Interestingly a friend recommended a book to me. I went up on web braille
downloaded it and had it read in about an hour. She was filled with wonder
as she had left a voice mail message for the library for the blind to send
her the book in Braille.
I told her we had to get her into the 21st century and she groaned and said
she was too old to change.
