Hello Antonio: The short answer is YES it is possible, but it takes some setting up. I currently have a Nokia 6600 and a VN QT which I use for email on the road all the time.
The first thing you need to do is to either have a carrier which allows dial-up access or your Cell carrier needs to offer GPRS access to your regular broadband ISP. I currently have T-Mobile with GPRS and COX high speed cable service. . I have used dial-up with Earthlink, but without GPRS, the process is much slower.
