Patty, if you know how to go into your webmail, you can delete it from the server. Also, what is your receive setting option on? Maybe if you did (from the main mccu), E, S, R, press the space bar once, and change your setting. If it's on 50 K, change it to 10000. Just use upper case without the number sign, press Enter, and it may download for you. Good luck.
