Just thought I'd add my observations. I too have been experiencing this
message. Most often it occurs when I turn on the machine after a night's sleep
on the adapter. However, it might be informative, for those who are looking to
run the fault to earth, to note that I sometimes hear this when the machine is
off and I unplug the AC power supply. I hear "Adapter off. Cannot run this
version...." Like most others, upon turning the machine on, I hear the message
repeated and I just press enter and all appears to be well.
I am running 5.1.19 not having not upgraded to version 22. My motherboard
was replaced just a couple of months ago. Hope this helps you to reach an
informed conclusion re the bug.
