I just got my BrailleNote back from servicing in Concord, CA. I must say that they did a great job but now I'm having a problem connecting to my e-mail account/pop server. I'm getting "error Authentication failed, (bad password)."
Before sending the unit for servicing everything was working fine. I can log on to the Internet using the Internet browser with no problems. I'm almost certain that my ISP has not changed any setting on their end and all the setting in the e-mail setup on the BrailleNote is correct. Any suggestions or help--Please! Thanks.
