Hi, Susie. First, I managed at last to track down all the carols I asked you about, so shall have a very merry Christmas singalong. Your valiant efforts in this regard on my behalf were very, very much appreciated.
Secondly, although he did not feel happy admitting it, a PulseData technician in New Zealand has told me that the compact flash card is not happy with the BrailleNote's KWT files, and has suggested that I put my hymns in an ASCII text file, which I have duly done. Out of sixty-five hymns, I have lost about twenty-three, plus the odd verse at the beginning and end of the odd hymn. As I write this, my speech has completely disappeared, which seems to be a feature of BrailleNote in all its upgrades. Thank you again, and I'll keep you posted as to the appearance and non-appearance of my hymns. There is a limerick there, waiting to be written. A BrailleNote user called Jim, kept finding a disappeared hymn. I'll leave you to finish it. Warm regards, Jim Taylor.
