Hi there,
You can get to the manual by pressing spacebar-o that's by holding
down the spacebar and the braille letter O at the same time. I think
the command mey be ctrl-o on the QT keyboard, but somebody will have
to confirm that. Then, press the letter u. This will place you into
the table of contents or the index for the manual.
If you need context sensitive help, press spacebar with the braille
letter h at any time. Suspect this is ctrl-h on the QT.
