Hi Dean and All,

Yes indeed, my planner is just fine now.  But, man, calling to help me fix
it on Christmas
Eve when you should have been thinking about leaving work early, well, I
consider that going way beyond the call of duty.  And, I very much
appreciate it.

Also, I know you were concerned about me losing all my data in the planner,
as you offered more than a couple of times to help me recreate my planner
info.  But, let me assure you that I had things backed up in Outlook.  So,
after I fixed a couple of things with my appointments that I really should
have taken care of earlier, then I connected the PK wirelessly via
ActiveSync, and my planner and all of its appointments are back and working
exactly as they should.

So, thanks again for your help and thoughtfulness in this matter, especially
when it was my goof up that caused the trouble in the first place.
