I'm confused about one thing you mentioned. You said you could read the flash
card on your Braille Lite, but not the bn. Are you actually talking about the
disk? To my knowledge, the Braille Lite won't read a flash card, unless you
actually mean the Braille Millennium.

When you say there is no room on the flash card, do you mean the disk or the
compact flash card? If you mean the disk, yes you can format it in the bn disk
drive.

As far as the braille display, my dot 2 is gone. I do exercise my braille
display, clean it with a warm damp cloth. I've also sprayed it with the canned
air. Hope it works out.
