Actually, I'd suggest resaving as RTF.  If you do any modifying to an ASCII 
Text file and then save those changes, all carriage returns will be stripped 
out of it, causing the file to appear as one long line the next time you open 
it with the BN or view it with the PC.  This doesn't happen with RTF; in other 
words, if you modified it and then closed out of the file, your formatting 
would still remain.
