Hi,
Is it possible that you have the commands reversed? When I press the v as
in victor I get the cell voltage. When I press the E as in echo, I get the
negative end of discharge value.

Hi Paul,
not quite sure what the negative voltage means, but what counts as your
question is concerned is the voltage it tells you when pressing e. So when
e returns 3.6 volt, it's definitely time to charge!
Maybe next time e returns 3.6 volt, you could press v and then let me know
what the other value says. We may then find the explanation what the other
value means.
