Hi, everyone, and thanks for the original help on using the Nokia 3650 with the
BN on Infrared. But we're still not there yet. I've gotten the dialing code
from T - Mobile, which is "star 99, number sign" like the other carriers. I've
gotten the Infrared port to connect using the modem setting in the connectivity
application. But when I load the profile for cellphone which I put in the
directory list, it dials, but nothing happens. I use EarthLink as my ISP, so I
presume one puts a local EarthLink number right after the number sign.
When I called T Mobile, by the way, they give me an entirely huge dial string
set of commands in addition to the "starar 99" prefix of course which there is
no way to execute.
Is there something one has to do with the Nokia after getting the infrared
connected through the modem setting, like moving to another application? Still
troubleshooting, and any help would be great.
