Hi Folks,

I've a wireless access point on my home LAN and have my PK happily talking
to this. But I've a small problem which some networking guru might be able
to solve for me! If I temporarily want to disconnect from the Wi-Fi
connection, is turning off Wireless in the Connectivity menu the only way to
do this? This seems to work, but if I then turn on Wireless again from this
menu, I seem to have to use the Reconnect using an existing connection menu
item before PK comes back up on my LAN, and this seems to take several
minutes to connect! The first time I establish a connection, it takes only a
few seconds! Am I doing something wrong in the way I connect/disconnect from
my wireless router please? Incidentally, if it helps, re-establishing
connection seems to be faster if I disable WEP, but I'm not over keen on
doing that!

Cheers.

Paul.
