Due to important work that is currently going on within Humanware,
BrailleNote customers are requested to only contact their local subsidiary
directly for technical support and not Dean Jackson (yours truly) in New
Zealand.  should requests for technical support be received from customers,
email will be forwarded to the appropriate subsidiary accordingly.
Therefore, this is not the recommended way of receiving prompt technical
support as there are time zone differences to deal with, which would
introduce delays into the process.  Another email will be sent out at the
completion of this work.
