Hello Deon:

In order to read the unsupported MP3 file, you need to MAKE ADJUSTMENTS to 
the bitrate.  I suggest you change the bitrate to 64KBPS at 22.050KHZ.  a 
16KBPS bitrate will also work.

To accomplish this, you will need either a program like GoldWave, 
SoundForge, or some other piece of software used for audio production on the 
computer.  DO NOT use Windows Embedded Sound Recorder.  It won't work for 
what you want to do.

If you like, you can EMail the file to me and I will do the RESAMPLING and 
send it back to you.

In closing, please note that stereo is NOT SUPPORTED, so it will have to be 
in mono.
