Hi, That dot still isn't coming up. Cell 21 dot five. Should I turn off the braillenote, and put a braille stylus into the hole to coax the dot up? or wouldn't that help? And, how long would this process sending the braillenote back take me? how many weeks would I have to wait to get it back? Also, can someone tell me how to back up the addressbook in my braillenote to a storeage card? I really think it's going to have to be sent back this time. That dot's not coming up. I'll run the exercise again to be sure... nope. I just ran the braille display exercise. it's not coming up at all. I am so happy my artic wil be here today or tomorrow! I think I'll be desperately needing it. I need to have some sort of notetaker! preferably the braillenote, but the artic will due until I get it back. I'll have to go into my addresses file and copy down phone numbers and stuff by hand though into the artic since I don't have cables to do a direct transfer.
