Hi Carmen, firstly, just a plain reset will get your new version back with all your Planner changes intact. Holding down dots 1-2-3 while resetting will revert to the version of Keysoft in ROM, but then a standard reset brings the version on your flash disk back again. Try that and see what happens, and if all else fails, you can do another reset with dots 1-2-3 held down until you can get more help from tech support.
