I hadn't looked in a consolidated BT-QT Command Summary that I have while writing the post, and I had written the QT commands from memory; although I had remembered the commands to enter into the Options Menu and Support Information Mode, I forgot that the Power and Battery Status shortcut existed, so I didn't think to look up another command.
