Terry, let me see if I can help. Not sure how you're arranging your
names, but I am assuming that they look something like this:
Ann Parsons $5.00;
George Bush $15.00;
Lola Expensiak $10.00;
If this is the format you mean, then it should read each line as a
line, pausing between lines. Put a line break between your entries.
The dollar sign is dots 2-5-6.
The number sign, used after the dollar sign, is 3-4-5-6.
The semi-colon is 5-6.
I tried this format myself just now, and it seems to work fine. If I
can help further, let me know.
