Hi Ronda and all, My friend has never used email or the internet in any way. She has no computer knowledge at all. So no dial up or dsl service yet. This is the first time she has even been willing to try it, and that's only because her job wants her to have some access to email.
It's rather difficult trying to explain any of this to her. I use the VN for email when away from home, using a dial up connection with Verizon, but do all my other internet work on my computer at home using a dsl connection. Therefore, I don't know what to tell her since she doesn't want to use dial up on her phone. I'd appreciate any help any one can give. Carmen
