Hi all.

I have a serious problem with my PK and hope someone can help me out here.

Yesterday I had been using my PK all day with no problem, however towards
the end of the day I turned it on and got the message:
"cannot start planner" etc with the end of the message telling me to do a
reset.
I did the two right hand keys with 456 reset which obviously lost the data
(not a problem) however now I still get the same error and am told to
reinstall keysofft.

So my question is where do I go from here given that right now I don't seem
to have any means of reinstalling keysoft as I currently have no
connectivity to my PC.

The slightly pressing aspect of this is that I really need my PK back up and
running for Monday as I have to interview staff and desperately need a note
taker.
Any help gratefully received.
