Hello PDI: For those of you upset by my rant here, please forgive me... Jonathan, Dean, or anyone else at PDI, PLEASE!! look at this issue. Almost all of the active posters on this list have reported this anonymous, no subject issue and we have heard NOTHING!! from PDI. Is this being addressed?? Can you give us a clue of what's going amiss??
We've tried the resets, and the freeing up of email space and it does work sometimes, but not all the time and there seems to be no common cause. This is getting quite frustrating... This is normally not a problem when you're talking about 5 or 10 messages, but for those of us using the BrailleNote/VoiceNotes on the road, 200 messages with no subject line or sender are very difficult to work with.
