Josh,
where're you putting the card? In the back or the front? In any case you
shouldn't be jiggling the card in any way, shape or form. this will weaken
the pins and may require an unscheduled shop visit. You just need to grip
the card and pull firmly. don't wiggle it. this is the one in back. On the
side, there's a button to push.
