That's true. I suppose one could select only certain records when looking up the group initially for the "To" field, exit, move to the "CC" field, select more records which they didn't select previously by looking up the group again, exit, move to the "BCC" field, etc. Cumbersome, no doubt, but that's the only way I can see to get around it.
