I got it back safely before I had a chance to catch up on my voice mails.  I
will look through chapter 1, but I don't remember anything about it.  Any
new people, learn from my error, call before you send your machine in.  Save
the packing and the two packing boxes  it came in.  Be sure to leave all
accessories at home and update your files before shipping.

     I don't know that it's common practive to mention that you are sending
in equipment.  It's always better to touch base, just to let them know you
are sending equipment.  I like them to know it's coming, and about how long
