Charles and Sharon, May I suggest reading Chapter 9 of your User Guide. It focusses on the Planner, and using the Table of Contents or Index to read the User Guide onboard your BN, you can read sections relevant to your situation. Depending on how you look at it, the topic of scheduling appointments (alarms are part of scheduling them) can be very broad.
