Hey Tina,

Yes, whenever you back up the address list, or any file for that matter, you 
should say yes when asked to replace the file.  The bn is asking you if you 
want to replace the previously backed up file with the new one.  Since you have 
added new information or erased some addressed (modified the file in some way), 
you will want the latest version of your file backed up.
