Dear Beth, Wouldn't the BN need to have a microphone to record the voice message? And you'd have to be able to play any voice messages sent to you.
There are companies which will allow you to send email by text or over the telephone, but the pricing, in my opinion, is quite steep. Your emails can even be read to you over the phone.
