Rhonda, I think I saw this one time. Not absolutely sure, but believe it happens when the directory of accounts.klt file is missing. Before doing anything else, have her check to see if it is there. If the database itself isn't there, it should say so and ask if you want to create it.
They've moved a few of these databases around so not sure if you need to look in the keylist or keymail directory. I'd try both. <smile> Don On Sat, 23 Apr 2005 21:11:38 -0500 (CDT), rhonda clark wrote: Hi, List: I have an unusual question. I am helping with a 6.11, and the person just got their machine back. When she tries to enter her account information in the option doing E S and D for directory of accounts, she is getting "cannot find the directory of accounts database." How do you put that back in, and where would it have gone? She just got it back from Humanware Repair. Thanks for any suggestion. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
