Hi, folks: Email lists are probably similar to radio talk shows, here in America. You only hear from people who are either very angry or very satisfied. However, that doesn't mean that what you hear is wrong. It just means that it may not be the complete story. While it is surely true that many people are successfully using 6.1, it is just as surely true that many are having significant problems! Otherwise, why would HumanWare be working on 6.11? To say that these people are nothing but complainers is totally unfair. While there are always folks, who complain for the sake of complaining, there are just as many, who only reluctantly complain, in an effort to honestly tell what's going on! Positive input is always great; negative input is necessary, and even helpful. It should not be discouraged, but encouraged. We'll judg the real problems from the chronic complainers. HumanWare products are wonderful, but, of course, not perfect. It's constructive criticism, which helps improve the product, or the service, or whatever. Just thought I'd weigh in. Rhondas post was very correct. God bless. Bob and Maxy-wax
