Jonathan,
This happened when I attempted to dial out for the first time with the PK, 
but I may not have the right modem. I've got a socket modem, but I don't 
know the model number. It may not be a supported modem. I'll have to ask 
someone to read the model number.
I couldn't find the list of modems for the PK on the Pulsedata site listed 
at the bottom of the messages.
