I have a problem. I am running 5.1 on a BT. I validate for Bookshare but download and upload the files to Bookshare on my computer. I put the file on the BN with a CF card. Here is my problem. I run the spell checker through the book, change anything that has been scanned incorrectly, and transfer the file back to "My documents." Oh, to back up a bit. When I open the file I open it up in Keyword, the BN tells me it is a "TXT" file and then I proceed to fix it. After all is done I place it on my computer but when I go to upload BKS says it is now a valid file. When the BN asks if I want to make it a Keword file I say no. The only way I have found to correct the invalid file thing is to go into Word Pad and add a space and take it out. The file is then valid. Now, to add icing on the cake, sometimes this will happen and sometimes it will not. Also my BN had been truncating books again. Sure hoping that stops with 6.1. Any thoughts on any of this?
