I ordered an upgrade for LuAnn's voicenote a couple of months ago. She has
no sma's. How many weeks will I need to wait until her upgrade comes to
me? I plan to wait until I'm with her to oversee the upgrade process and
make sure she does it right. Also, will her 6.11 key be on her compact
flash card since it's an upgrade? I had to download mine but I have sma's
and she does not.
