Mary Ellen, downloading on web Braille works a little differently than with Bookshare or other downloads. You follow the link to the volume you want, and it brings up that volume like a website. Then you save it with a name and a .brf extension, in whatever folder you want it in. It's kind of a pain that it just doesn't download, but such is life.
