Hi,

First, make absolutely certain the serial port really is not in use.

Next, try a reboot of the pc and maybe even a simple reset of the bn.

I've had this happen a few times and resetting everything has always cured it.

Hi all.
I have been using Active think and have had no problems until this morning.
I keep getting a message saying "the selected active think port is not
available." It's the same port I always use, I think anyway.
Ideas?
Thanks
