Hi all,
Well, if my problems are anything to go by, here's what I did.
Incidently, the folks in California at Tech Support are great! First
we disabled the WEP to see if the BN could connect using it. Once we
determined that it could, we scanned for the network, then tried to
connect to what it was seeing. Then, once we knew that all was well,
we reenabled the WEP, only this time, we didn't use a computer
generated key, we made one up ourselves. You have to use the letters
a-f and numbers.
When it detects the card, then you have to go down into the menu and
configure the thing. Just follow the prompts. Take all the defaults
except for the WEP, if you're using WEP. Tell it yes. It will ask
you for your key. Write the key all in one string without any
punctuation. You should be good to go, then.
