I will bet it would because I think they store a temporary copy of the document either on the flash or the system disk. I think it is on the system disk, but am not sure. Someone once told me that if you open a document and turn off the bn and then turn it back on again, you can resume because of a temporary document which is stored on the unit. Don't know for sure how this works, but I was thinking that that might be a problem when I saw your first message.
