Further to my post, If the braille display can be exercised then it is obviously working. Try holding down dot 3 while switching on

Exercising the Braille display, resetting the BN with all three types of resets, charging it, nothing works. The thumb keys have stopped working to and there is no option for them in the Braille display options. At least the BN has not deleted my files and folders.
