Keith; Have you tried to exercise the braille dots. Maybe one is stuck. Look up the braille on and off command. You might have turned off the braille. I put my machine in one handed mode with out knowing what I did to cause it. Bumping a thumb key with somethingelse can make it go crazy. terry Powers
