Keith;
Have you tried to exercise the braille dots. Maybe one is stuck.
Look up the braille on and off command. You might have turned off the
braille. I put my machine in one handed mode with out knowing what I did to
cause it. Bumping a thumb key with somethingelse can make it go crazy.

Subject: [Braillenote] Braille Display Not Working

Hi, Folks. My Braille Display on my BN 32 has just stopped working. I've
ttried cleaning it with the damp cloth and with compressed air, exercising
it, and recharging the unit, all to no avail. I've also done a regular
reset and a reset with dots 4-5-6 held down. Any other suggestions, or is
this one a problem for the pros at PDI?

Thanks.

Keith
