Hello Peggy,
I'm the person who originally brought up the same question and managed to
find the answer in the readme for 611 file a few days later. If you want
to read this file, I know it is on the KeySoft system disc in the windows
directory and also on the flash disc. I think it is in the general
directory of the flash disc. Basically, concerning your question, it says
there is no problem. The error message is a false one. That readme file
really isn't too long and it describes several things about this version
of KeySoft that might be worth the read. Amazing what they hide in these
doc files!

Hi, all. I know this subject was discussed earlier, but as it
didn't pertain to me, I didn't pay attention to it, and can't even
remember the subject line to look it up in the archives, and don't
know if there was ever a solution found for the situation.
I went into the internet options menu and chose file management and
tried to clear my temporary internet files, and got the response
"the directory is not empty". Can anyone tell me if there's a way
to find these files and kill them, or where to find the thread in
the archives to get this answered?
    Thanks.
    Peggy
